9.8. Air removal from a coupling hydraulic actuator

GENERAL INFORMATION

Pumping of system is required every time after carrying out dismantling and assembly of the highway of a hydraulic actuator of coupling.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Finish liquid level in a tank to a mark the MOVE.

2. Lift a car front.

3. Remove a cap, dress on the cylinder union a hose. Lower other end a hose in the capacity filled on 1/3 brake liquid.

4. Ask the assistant to press a coupling pedal several times to the full and удердживать a pedal of the pressed. Unscrew the pumping union on 1/2 turns. Tighten the union after a liquid exit. Ask the assistant to release a pedal.

5. Repeat procedure until the hose with liquid will not cease to leave air vials. Constantly watch level, – the tank should be filled with liquid.

6. At the pressed pedal tighten the union, dress a cap and lower the car. Restore liquid level in a tank.
