PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. For removal of the bottom cover remove the fan with a casing (see subsection 4.6), a radiator (see subsection 4.5) and a pulley of a belt of the fan (see subsection 4.6).
3. Remove the pump of cooling liquid (see subsection 4.7).
4. On a part of cars uncover the ignition distributor, a begunok and a plastic casing of black color under a begunok.
5. Uncover heads of cylinders (see subsection 3.1.5).
6. If the bottom cover acts in film, unscrew a bolt of a pulley of the crankshaft, having fixed it the BMW 11 2 100 adaptation or equivalent, or having stopped a flywheel through an observation port a big screw-driver. Remove a pulley a stripper, captures of a stripper should rest against a wall of an internal flute of a pulley.
7. Unscrew a cap and get a spring of a natyazhitel of a chain and a plunzher, meaning considerable effort of straightening of a spring.
8. Unscrew bolts and nuts and remove the top cover. Sketch an arrangement of each bolt of fastening that at assembly to wrap them on former places. If necessary displace a cover in hammer blows through a wooden pro-rate.
9. Unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening of the bottom cover. Keep in mind that from below the cover fastens 3 bolts to the oil pallet of the engine, it is necessary to release all bolts of the pallet. Unscrew 3 specified bolts of fastening of a cover of a chain to the oil pallet.
10. The sharp knife inserted under laying between a cover and the pallet, carefully not to damage laying, separate the bottom cover.
11. In easy blows of a hammer through a pro-rate destroy consolidation between a cover and the block of cylinders, uncover.
12. Carefully clear the condensed planes of a cover and the block of cylinders of the remains of consolidations, having taken measures against damage of the planes.
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Replace a forward epiploon (see subsection 3.1.12).
2. Put hermetic drops on the demountable planes of the pallet and the bottom cover of a chain, and also to the place of a joint of laying and the block of cylinders.
Prevention
3. Establish new laying of the bottom cover, having greased it with hermetic and gradually tighten fastening bolts with the set moment in a cross order. At first tighten bolts of fastening of a cover to the block of cylinders, then bolts of fastening of the pallet. At an excessive vystupaniye of laying cut it on a contour. After hermetic drawing assembly should be finished not later than through 10 mines, otherwise hermetic will harden.
4. Establish the top cover of a chain, having cut off an edge acting parts of laying.
5. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
