9.9. Coupling details


1. Remove transmission.
2. Fix coupling, having inserted an opravka.
3. Find adjusting labels, at their absence designate the provision of coupling on a flywheel.
4. Gradually and evenly release bolts, unscrew bolts and remove coupling.

As a rule, replacement is demanded by only a frictional disk, however it is necessary to check a condition of all details.

1. Remove a flywheel and check a condition of the directing bearing.
2. If the bearing jams at a provorachivaniye, replace it, having got a stripper and having pressed an opravka.
3. Check a condition of a surface of a frictional disk. At detection of a zamaslivaniye eliminate a leak, having replaced epiploons. When dismantling it is necessary to replace a frictional disk irrespective of its condition. Check disk palpation to establish a condition of a press disk and a coupling casing.
4. Together with a frictional disk it is necessary to replace and vyzhimny the bearing. Remove vyzhimny the bearing (1) from primary shaft, remove a spring (3) and remove the lever (2). Check a condition of the lever and collect knot upside-down.
5. Check wear of a rubbing surface of a flywheel, having put calibre. At strong wear a flywheel replace.
6. Check a condition of a surface of a press disk, a diafragmenny spring and spring fingers. When dismantling, or after considerable run, it is recommended to replace coupling.


The correct position of the lever of switching off of coupling after assembly

1. Carefully clear a flywheel and coupling. Establish coupling, having combined labels, and wrap bolts by hand.
2. Center a disk by means of an opravka which should enter into the directing bearing and gradually and evenly tighten coupling bolts. Previously establish a disk on (arrow) pins, using the labels put at dismantling.
3. Grease a flute of the vyzhimny bearing (And and In – greasing places), rubbing surfaces of a fork and a shlitsa of primary shaft of a check point with refractory greasing. Establish the bearing. Establish transmission.
