Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a back part of the car.
2. Remove a reducer.
	3. Put labels of mutual orientation to a leading gear wheel and on a nut.
4. To Raskontrita also unscrew a nut, holding a flange.
5. By means of a stripper press a flange from a gear wheel. If on a condensed surface of a flange there is a flute from an epiploon, address for consultation in car-care center concerning replacement of this detail.
6. Carefully remove an epiploon with an assembly hook or a screw-driver.
7. Grease and by means of an opravka press a new epiploon.
8. Insert a flange, having greased its surface, wrap a flange nut. Tighten a nut a dinamometrichesky key and define the inhaling moment at which the labels put at dismantling are combined. This moment should is close to the size specified in subsection 9.2. If this moment is less than norm, it is necessary to replace the rasporny plug of bearings of a leading gear wheel (it is carried out in car-care center).
9. If the moment of an inhaling is reached before coincidence of labels, immediately stop a nut inhaling. Prevention It is forbidden to tighten a nut a little further labels, and then to release, as the rasporny plug of bearings of a leading gear wheel in this case is deformed.
