1. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
2. Remove an exhaust system. |
3. Remove the driveshaft (see subsection 9.10). |
4. Unscrew bolts of fastening of arms of the case of the mechanism of change of transfers, disconnect draft of change of transfers. |
5. Disconnect wires from the VMT sensor, from sensors of rotation of the crankshaft and from the switch of a signal of a backing, or remove these sensors. |
6. Remove the working cylinder of coupling, without disconnecting a hose. Take the cylinder aside and fix. |
7. Will hang out a check point the cart with a jack, unscrew nuts of a support of a check point. |
8. Carefully lower the power unit (a check point with the engine) on a cross-piece. |
9. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a check point to the engine. |
10. Carefully deduce a check point from the engine, without allowing that primary shaft of a check point perceived unit weight. Lower a check point and roll out the cart with a check point from under the car. |
11. Installation is carried out upside-down. Shlitsa of primary shaft grease with Microlube GL 261 greasing or equivalent. At check point installation turn the crankshaft before coincidence шлицов primary shaft and a frictional disk of coupling. Track, that all washers of bolts of fastening of a check point were established, otherwise will unscrew subsequently bolts extremely difficult. |
