6.5. Throttle branch pipe
GENERAL INFORMATION

Cable of an accelerator of automatic transmission (And), a cable cruise control (In) and a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve (C)

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On completely cooled down engine remove an air purifier and take an air line aside.
2. Check completeness of opening of a zaslonka, having asked the assistant to press a pedal. Check smoothness of a course of a zaslonka.
3. At abnormal work of a zaslonka replace a throttle branch pipe.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect from a throttle branch pipe an air line and take aside. In the photo the throttle branch pipe after removal of an inlet air offtake and a hose detachment from the proof-reader of idling is shown.
3. Accurately designate and disconnect from a throttle branch pipe at first cables, then sockets and vacuum hoses. Merge from cooling system about 1 l of liquid.
4. Turn out a broad tank and again turn, thereby having dumped residual pressure in cooling system. Press and disconnect hoses of system of cooling (shooters), having weakened collars.
5. Unscrew all bolts and nuts of fastening (shooters) and remove a throttle branch pipe. Muffle an opening in the mixing chamber of a collector rags.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down. Tighten all bolts and fastening nuts with the set moment. Adjust a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve.
