3.1.14. Pallet

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge oil, lift the car and remove the bottom guards of the engine.

2. Disconnect from the pallet hoses and wires.
	3. Unscrew bolts of the viewing hatch.
	4. Uncover for access to pallet bolts.
	5. On M40 engines unscrew bolts and remove the bottom section of the pallet, remove laying.
	6. Unscrew a bolt and get a branch pipe of a masloukazatel. Check a condition of laying of a branch pipe.
7. On M40 engines unscrew nuts of lateral support and raise the engine on a waist.
	8. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the pallet.
9. Displace the pallet in easy blows and remove, clear the consolidation remains, wash out the pallet. Check deformation of the condensed plane.
10. At installation of the pallet put RTV hermetic on places about joints of forward covers with the pallet and the block of cylinders. Replace laying. Tighten bolts in a cross order, since bolts about the pallet middle.
